Legal terms and conditions "BIOKSAN Summer Pack Giveaway"

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is organized by Bioksan Naturalmente Juntos S.L, with registered address at Buenos Aires, 1º, 1A, hereinafter "the Organizer".

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

All natural persons over 18 years of age, residing in Spain, who make a valid purchase on the Organizer's website during the term of the giveaway may participate. The purchase will be valid for both the purchase of individual products and packs.

3. TERM

The giveaway will be active from 00:00 hours on June 26, 2025 until 23:59 hours on June 30, 2025, local time.

4. GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

• All persons who make an effective purchase (not canceled or returned) during the term of the giveaway will participate automatically.

• One purchase equals one entry. If a user makes more than one purchase, it does not imply that they will have more chances to win.

• It is not necessary to take any additional steps to participate.

• The Organizer reserves the right to verify that the purchases are valid and comply with the conditions established herein.

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive as a prize: 1 pack consisting of (1 umbrella, 1 beach cooler, and 1 beach towel); 10 packs will be raffled off, so there will be 10 winners.

The prize is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to third parties.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• The drawing will be held on July 4, 2025 using a random system among all valid purchases. The App will be: AppSorteos (https://app-sorteos.com)

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided when making the purchase (email and/or telephone).

• If there is no response within 72 hours from the first contact attempt, a new winner will be selected.

7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

The winner's name may be published on the Organizer's social media and/or official channels for promotional purposes.

The winners' privacy will be respected, with their names partially hidden in any public communication to ensure their anonymity and safety.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection (GDPR), the Organizer informs that:

• The personal data provided by participants will be processed for the sole purpose of managing their participation in the giveaway and, if they are winners, contacting them for prize delivery.

• The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject and the execution of the commercial relationship (purchase).

• The data will not be shared with third parties.

• Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) by contacting the email address: marketing@bioksan.com, indicating in the subject line "Sorteo Pack de verano Bioksan".

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach may result in the disqualification of the participant.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND LIABILITY

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway for justified reasons, without incurring any liability.

Likewise, the Organizer will not be responsible for potential errors in data transmission, technical failures, network interruptions, or any other situation beyond its control that prevents the proper development of the giveaway.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute that may arise, the parties shall submit to the competent courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
