Shipping Information
- All orders are prepared within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
- When it is picked up by the carrier, you will automatically receive tracking of your shipment via the email provided.
- With that tracking you will be able to access https://track.bigblue.co/bioksan to check the status of the shipment.
Delivery of orders
- We are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or logistical problems with shipping companies.
- However, Bioksan works to deliver the purchased products without delay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Information about returns
- The customer has the right to return his order within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the order.
Conditions
- Products must be returned complete and in their original packaging.

Refunds
- Upon receipt of the return, Bioksan will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
- In case of return due to manufacturing defects or errors in the order, Bioksan will cover the shipping costs.
