What is our return policy?

We stand behind all of our products and if you're not happy, let us know within 30 days of your first delivery and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. Are shipments made to the Peninsula, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands?

Yeah! Bioksan ships to the Peninsula, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands through different courier companies, depending on the area to ensure the fastest delivery (24 – 72 working hours). Depending on when the order is placed, it is placed the same day or the next day (order cycles start at 2:00 p.m.) Example: if the order is placed at 11:00 a.m., shipping is made the same day. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., shipping is made the next day.

Can I track my order?

Once the order is placed, it is prepared in less than 24 hours (except on weekends). When it is collected by the transport company, you will automatically receive tracking of your shipment through the email provided. With this tracking you will be able to access the carrier's page to check the status of the shipment. What happens if I place my order on a weekend or holiday?

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be recorded as placed on the next business day, since on those days the transport does not pick up or process orders. In addition, it will also have to be taken into account that transport companies will not deliver orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please check with your tracking number if there has been a delivery attempt. The package may be “in flight” or there may be incorrect information in your shipping address that needs to be updated as soon as possible. If this is not the case, please contact us through the contact form, at the email address info@bioksan.com or by phone +34 928 21 36 30 to investigate. If the delivery is delayed more than indicated (max 72 hours), which means that you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is up to you to request a cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order before requesting a cancellation.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order with immediate refund processing up to 3 hours after the order is placed. If you want to cancel the order 3 hours after placing it, and the item has already been sent , the customer must receive the order before requesting a cancellation.

How much do shipping cost?

The shipping cost is €2 if the order is less than 3 units. If it is more than 3 units, shipping is FREE

Is there stock of all the products?

All products offered on the website are available in stock in our warehouses and ready for shipping. If, due to a lack of stock in our warehouse due to a computer or logistical error, we cannot fulfill the current order in whole or in part, we will contact you via email address or telephone, to confirm it and its subsequent shipment. , or to proceed with the refund of the amount and cancellation of the order. The photos of the products are indicative, the important thing is the name of the item requested, which is what will be sent.

Can I send my order to a collection point?

Yes, after confirmation of your purchase will have 30 minutes to select the collection point (pick up point). If not indicated, at the established time, the closest to its postal code will be automatically assigned.

This option is only valid for deliveries in Spain.

Can you pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is not a payment method accepted by Bioksan.

Can you pay with a credit or debit card?

Yeah! Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Euro 6000 cards are accepted.

Is the Bioksan payment platform reliable and secure?

At Bioksan.com we use good Internet practices for electronic commerce. Payment is made using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction. The client's bank and card details do not pass through Bioksan, but are processed directly by the bank. At Bioksan we take care of your privacy in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. All the data you provide will be incorporated and processed in the ownership files. We do not transfer personal data to any other business or page.

How to use discount codes?

To use a discount code, please follow these steps:

  2. If you are ready to purchase, click on the checkout box.
  3. Then click on the “Discount code” box and enter the discount code by clicking on the “validate” button.

Discount codes only apply to full price products and cannot be combined with other discounts.
